Warriors guard Stephen Curry is “unlikely” to play Friday night against Charlotte, general manager Bob Myers said Wednesday afternoon in an interview on 95.7 The Game.
Curry, who will miss his 10th straight game with a sprained right ankle when Golden State hosts Utah on Wednesday night, is scheduled to get re-evaluated Friday.
“He might miss Charlotte twice,” Myers said on “The Greg Papa Show” with Bonta Hill. “I don’t know. I think it’s unlikely, to be honest. I don’t think he’ll play Friday. We have a back-to-back, and so that would put him right into a back-to-back situation, which probably is not good for any player coming off a (long absence).
