The Western Conference Semifinals series between the Golden State Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves looked like thrilling matchup on paper. But unfortunately, it’s been marred by a loss of star talent. During the second quarter of Thursday’s Game 2, Timberwolves superstar Anthony Edwards appeared to injure his ankle when Warriors center Trayce Jackson-Davis inadvertently landed on it. Edwards was done on the court for a while, before needing help to limp off the court and to the locker room. The Timberwolves announced that he is questionable to return with a left ankle injury, but Edwards was in the starting lineup for the second half.
