If the Warriors keep winning, they could get an old friend back. Andre Iguodala only appeared in eight games this year, breaking his wrist attacking the basket in a March game against the Suns. Golden State announced Saturday that Iguodala has ramped up his workouts and is “expected to participate in team practices at some point next week.”
With his advanced age and given his very slow start to the 2022-23 season, it’s easy to think the Warriors have had Iguodala in the Udonis Haslem role this year. But in his brief period of health, Iguodala played a very real role for the Dubs, averaging 14 minutes in eight games.
