One of the things I like most about a playoff series is trying to think ahead with both coaches.
They’ve had the full considered review of the previous game. At least one will need to make adjustments. And the other, even if standing pat with what seemed a winning hand, will need to try to anticipate the adjustments by the other.
I say “coach”—but “coach” also stands for the consensus of a staff—bringing for review possible options.
I don’t see easy ready-at-hand options for Malone, but if I were he, here’s what I’d do.
