3 players the Golden State Warriors should’ve taken over Jordan Poole

It wasn’t a bad pick by any means. But, the Golden State Warriors took Jordan Poole far before he was projected to go. Most mock drafts had Poole going around the mid-or-late second round. They could’ve picked him later.

Poole’s most attractive attribute was his shooting. He made 2.0 threes per game last season and shot 37% on those threes. These were solid shooting numbers, but if the Dubs just wanted shooting they could’ve looked elsewhere as well.

That said, clearly, Poole could be a great talent, but he doesn’t have the upside of some of the early second round picks.
