The Golden State Warriors are the best team in the Western Conference, but that doesn't mean they've stopped trying to upgrade their roster.

Allen has told teams that he will consider returning to the league after the ALl-Star break and wants to join a contender that can promise him late-game minutes.
There's no guarantee that Allen returns to the NBA, but Cleveland is considered the favorite to land him if he does. However, Golden State is considered to be the current title favorite this season.
