Warriors News: Draymond Green Sounds Off After Christmas Day Loss To Clippers

The Golden State Warriors are currently in the midst of their first losing streak of the season, dropping their second-straight game on Christmas Day in a 100-86 snoozer against the rival Los Angeles Clippers.

Draymond Green has played a huge role for the team this year both with his play and as a vocal leader, and he made his displeasure known on Thursday after a lackluster performance in Southern California.

"I don't know what the cause of it was, maybe everybody was a little too jolly, Christmas spirit," said Green, who posted 10 points and 10 rebounds in 34 minutes. "But it was too nice. It was boring."

The Clippers and Warriors have a budding rivalry with a history of animosity, but Green didn't see much of that passion during the team's loss on Thursday.

"I mean, it's no secret we don't like them, and it's no secret they don't like us," Green said near his locker. "So I don't know why the game was that nice, trying to act like we like each other and we don't. Boring game."
