3 Takeaways From The Warriors' Game 2 Win Over The Spurs

In this edition of the Warriors Report, we go through 3 takeaways from the Warriors' 116-101 victory over the San Antonio Spurs.

We start with the emergence of Andre Iguodala starting with his 3 consecutive 3s in the first quarter to open the game. His defense and versatility were vital throughout the second half to help lead the Warriors to the win.

JaVale McGee performed very well for the second straight game as the starting center. He played well on defense and got the crowd and the bench going with multiple big dunks in the first and second half.

Finally, Klay Thompson led the way for the second game in a row with Steph Curry sidelined with a knee injury. He dropped 31 points, including 17 in the 4th quarter. He shot 5-8 from behind the arc and proved to be the difference in the Warriors Game 2 win over the Spurs.
