Technical Tidbits 9/19: Jackets Ready, Refreshed for Pitt

Related Topics: Tidbits

The Yellow Jacket football team returned to practice yesterday after an unexpected early season bye week. After starting preparations for this week’s opponent last week, Coach Paul Johnson gave the team the weekend off to rest and recuperate after playing 2 games in 6 days to open the season. Some players went home, some stayed on campus, but it sounds like the team will be well rested and prepared for Pitt this weekend.

Speaking of Pitt, the Panthers have a QB controversy on their hands. Starter and USC transfer Max Browne was pulled early in last weekend’s game against Oklahoma State in favor of sophomore Ben Dinucci.
