Georgia Tech’s first couple of practices took place over the weekend. Football is less than 1 month away! Paul Johnson sounded content with the team in general. He seemed generally happy with the team’s fitness level, though as usual he was very reserved in any praise. Matthew Jordan was back in his first practice as presumed 2017 starter and Johnson described his play as “fine” and “OK”. Let’s hope that he quickly gets back into the swing of things. The Yellow Jackets will spend the next two weeks working on their general offensive and defensive schemes before spending the final two weeks starting to prepare for their first opponent, Tennessee.
