Georgia Tech student-athletes put their academic mettle on display with their performance in the classroom for the 2019-20 school year. 240 Yellow Jackets were named to the ACC’s Academic Honor Roll, with five track & field student-athletes making the list for the fifth time. The requirements for the recognition include being a varsity athlete and achieving a 3.0 grade point average. As many of our site’s readers know, a 3.0 is extremely hard to accomplish at Tech, even for a non-athlete. Great job, everyone!
Phase I of Georgia Tech’s return to athletics has been a success so far, with a small number of student-athletes returning to campus and beginning voluntary workouts.
