Georgia Tech received a pair of football commitments over the weekend, the first being kicking prospect Joseph Bulovas out of Mandeville High School (La.). Bulovas, a three-star recruit, is the fourth-ranked kicker in the entire nation and comes with plenty of leg; he consistently hit from 60+ during his high school career and barely missed from 69 yards out during his senior season. With his commitment and that of third-ranked kicker Pressley Harvin III, Tech has now secured half of the top four kicking prospects in the nation. That's what I'd like to call sneakily excellent on the part of Tech's recruiting staff considering the often undervalued importance of the special teams game in college football.
