Technical Tidbits 1/9: Bulovas, Jordan-Swilling shine in Army All-American Bowl

Though the Jackets fought hard and made it a game midway through the second half, Louisville’s tough defense and overall talent were too much to overcome in what ended up as a 15-point loss in Atlanta. Ben Lammers proved once again that he’s the team’s best player by a long shot, pouring it on with 24 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 blocks in the loss. Lammers better be in the best physical condition in human history, because he’s going to be playing a lot of minutes as ACC play rolls on; there’s just no one on the roster who can replace him, and both the offense and defense fall apart without his contributions.
