One transfer linebacker isn’t enough for Geoff Collins & co. this year, along with former Alabama LB Kevin Harris, the Jackets recently added LB Ayinde Eley. Eley played for the Maryland Terrapins for three seasons, in 2019 he was an Honorable Mention All-Big Ten player. This season, Eley played in three games, garnering 19 tackles (1 TFL). During his All-Big Ten year, Eley totaled 79 tackles, .5 sacks, and an interception. With the departure of LB David Curry, and the limited experience of other players at the position, Eley could make an immediate impact in Atlanta.
