I’m not really looking forward to this game. Miami is a solid football team, and their defense is extremely good. That does not bode well for Tech’s offense, and because the game is in Miami, it probably will rain. Great. At least two commentators will have Tech connections, as Wes Durham and Roddy Jones will be on the call.
The offensive line has been dreadful for the Jackets this year. Injuries have played a role in the poor play, but the main reason is that the current OL isn’t really built for pro-style pass protection. That has been clear in the last few games, and although it’s improved, I’m really looking forward to some of the OL recruits that the Jackets will be getting in this class of 2020 recruiting cycle.
