Georgia Tech got its first commitment in almost three months today when running back Jerry Howard Jr. flipped his commitment from East Carolina to the Jackets.
Howard is a 6’0”, 210-pound RB from Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, S.C. The 247Sports Composite Rankings have him as a three-star prospect (0.8104). As mentioned, Howard was previously committed to East Carolina, but his others offers included Georgia Southern, Western Kentucky and Navy.
