Atlanta police are searching for a man two Georgia Tech students say tried to rob them last week near the campus.
The students said they were standing outside their apartment on Ethel Street at about 11:30 p.m. Friday when a man exited a vehicle and pulled out what they later believe was a plastic gun, demanding their property, according to a report on the school’s website.
The suspect did not take any of the victims’ property and left in the vehicle headed east on Ethel Street towards Hemphill Avenue. No injuries were reported.
