Back in June, Georgia Tech brought in the No. 1-rated kicker in the country in the form of Joseph Bulovas. As the recruiting season was coming to a close, Bulovas announced that he was decommitting from Georgia Tech. He eventually chose to commit to Alabama.
Thankfully, it didn’t take Georgia Tech very long at all to find a replacement. In fact, they found their replacement in less than 12 hours! Coming from Mills Creek High School in Hoschton, Ga., Tech found its replacement in then-Old Dominion commit Brenton King. In addition to his offer from Old Dominion, he also reportedly received interest from UGA and Louisville.
