This morning, we saw what very well might be the first domino of Pastner’s hard work on the recruiting trail when Pebblebrook’s Collin Sexton released his top 10 schools, a list which included Georgia Tech. In addition to the Yellow Jackets, Sexton is considering Villanova, Kansas, UNC, Oklahoma State, NC State, Arizona, Alabama, Florida, and Iowa State. A 6-3 combo guard who shattered the EYBL scoring record, Sexton has seen his stock explode this summer and now finds himself ranked inside the top 10 of almost all recruiting rankings. Per ESPN, Pastner and Alabama Head Coach Avery Johnson have been recruiting Sexton the longest, with Pastner recruiting him since he was at Memphis.
