At one point in Saturday’s game, you could see Georgia Tech fans on Twitter warning each other not to get too excited. The Jackets had a 10-point lead in the fourth quarter, but as Atlanta sports fans, many knew it wasn’t going to be that easy.
Well, all the warnings were worth it as the Yellow Jackets seemingly on cue began to collapse in the fourth quarter as they turned the ball over twice while given up 21-points on defense in the final 15 minutes of action. Overall, the loss was the Jackets sixth straight loss in a true road game and drops them to 2-12 in their last 14 true road games (neutral site not included).
