For most of the night, Georgia Tech failed to fall into a rhythm. Overall, one player stood out, RB Jordan Mason. Breaking several tackles and tying the team with a single score, Mason’s performance stands out amongst the rest. He tallied 72 yards on only 13 carries for an average of 5.5 yds/carry. His work load will be needed throughout the rest of the year and I look forward to seeing him having an 1,000 yard rushing season.
Defense:
As a whole, the secondary was an amazing unit, but lets give the overall nod to CB Tre Swilling.
