Georgia Tech kept the recruiting ball rolling today, getting a verbal commitment from 3-star CB Dameon Williams from Norcross HS. Williams is the 5th commit in this class, and is the 2nd from Gwinnett County, which has been an astonishingly strong talent pipeline for the Jackets. If Williams signs with Georgia Tech next February, he will be the 4th Tech recruit from Norcross HS in the past 4 classes(Yes, that does include Myles Autry).
After signing 5 players from Gwinnett last year, Tech has kicked off this class with 2 of 5 commits hailing from Ted Roof’s home county.
