Georgia Tech on Thursday afternoon announced the addition of two opponents to their future schedules in Northern Illinois and Western Carolina.
Northern Illinois – 2021
The Jackets added the Northern Illinois Huskies to their 2021 schedule. The Jackets will take on the Huskies at Bobby Dodd Stadium on September 25th. In 2021, the Huskies also will play Kennesaw State, Notre Dame, and Georgia. That is their complete 2021 non-conference schedule.
Northern Illinois over the past decade has been a respectable program this decade. In all but one season since 2010, the Huskies have won eight or more games including winning 11 or more games in each season between 2010 and 2014.
