Jahmyr Gibbs has become one of the hottest names in recruiting circles over the last few months and that remains heading into the early national period starting this Wednesday. On Monday, Jahmyr Gibb’s skyrocketing of national attention continued when he was named a Sports Illustrated All-American.
According to 247Sports, Gibbs as a senior for Dalton High School (Dalton, GA) rushed for 2,554-yards and 40 touchdowns over 233 carries. For his career, he rushed for 4,882-yards and 70 career touchdowns. Impressive marks for any running back.
Gibbs is not expected to sign with the Yellow Jackets on Wednesday afternoon and will make his final college decision on National Signing Day on February 5th.
