Earlier this week, the quarterback situation entering the starting of the season, in that piece it was discussed that Matthew Jordan should be the expected starting quarterback against Tennessee but perhaps the race was still wide open. Head coach Paul Johnson helped solve much of the wondering about the situation on Friday afternoon.
While talking to the media on Friday, Johnson told the media that redshirt junior Matthew Jordan should be fully healthy to go by camp and the starting job is his to lose. He also told the media that he expects the Alabama native to start week one against Tennessee.
