Geoff Collins’ Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets have opened as eight point underdogs to the Pittsburgh Panthers according to ActionNetwork.com. The Jackets are coming off their second and final bye week of the 2019 season after taking down the Miami Hurricanes on October 19th in overtime, 28-21.
