Georgia Tech football: Five future games moved to Mercedes-Benz Stadium

Georgia Tech Athletics has announced a partnership with AMB Sports & Entertainment and Peach Bowl, Inc. that will see five games previously scheduled to be held at Bobby Dodd Stadium moved to Mercedes-Benz Stadium downtown. The partnership calls for one game per year from 2020-2024 to be played in the Benz, and includes the 2022 game vs. Clemson, which will be played on Labor Day as part of that year’s Chick-fil-A Kickoff, and games vs. Notre Dame in 2020 and 2024. The opponents for the 2021 and 2023 games have yet to be determined, but are likely to be ACC opponents.
