Georgia Tech’s running back room will have one less face in it, the next time the Jackets are together. On Monday, it was reported that former three-star recruit Christian Malloy will be leaving the program. The Rivals network site Jacketsonline.com was the first to report to the decision.
Out of Lilburn, Georgia, Malloy saw playing time sparingly over his first two years on campus. After redshirting his true freshman season in 2018 after playing in one game for the Jackets. This past season, Malloy would get just seven carries across two games while appearing in four total. For the season, he finished with seven carries for 32-yards, an average of 4.
