In the 2020 recruiting class, Georgia Tech looked to load up at the linebacker position including the signing of Miami, Florida native Khaya Wright. Wright, a 6-foot-3, 215-pound outside linebacker is a strong multi-sport athlete out of South Miami Senior High School where he was both a baseball and football standout.
Wright is rated by 247Sports’s composite rankings as a top-70 outside linebacker in the country and a top-130 player in the state of Florida. 247Sports themselves was a bit higher on Wright, ranking him in the top-800 nationally and top-90 players in the state of Florida.
