New York native Khalid Moore has committed to Georgia Tech basketball and coach Josh Pastner. A 6-foot-6, 175-pound strong forward, Moore is a three-star prospect. He becomes the third commitment in the 2018 recruiting class joining point guard Michael Devoe and strong forward Kristijan Sjolund. The Jackets most likely will be able to fit one more recruit into the 2018 recruiting class, bringing the total count to four commitments, though scholarship count numbers are currently tight for the Jackets.
Moore chose Georgia Tech over Seton Hall, UNLV, Louisville, and Miami among other notable programs among a total 16 scholarship offers.
