The 2017-18 season will always be remembered by Georgia Tech fans as one that was full of surprise and excitement despite failing to reach the NCAA Tournament. The Yellow Jackets starters were workhorses, rarely coming out of the game. The Yellow Jackets’ starting five usually looked like this;
However, the 2016-17 Yellow Jackets featured a good contingent of seniors including two starters. One of those seniors was forward Quinton Stephens, one of Georgia Tech’s top offensive threats. The other departure from the Yellow Jackets’ starting five was guard Corey Heyward, who didn’t contribute offensively but was a key cog in the Yellow Jackets success this past season.
