After tripping out of the gates by going 1-2 in the Atlanta Challenge to open the season, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will attempt to get things back on track as they head down to Statesboro to take on the Georgia Southern Eagles tonight at 6 p.m.
The Eagles have not done any better this season. They faced off against the Georgia Bulldogs in a three-game series last weekend and lost the series 1-2.
According to the game notes for both teams, tonight’s pitching match-up is expected to feature So. LHP Connor Thomas (one save) take the mound for the Yellow Jackets and R-Fr.
