Georgia Tech Baseball: LHP Brant Hurter out for season

While the Yellow Jackets surge towards a berth and possible national seed in the NCAA Tournament, fans received the unfortunate news yesterday that reliable Sunday starter, sophomore LHP Brant Hurter, will be sidelined for the rest of the season and undergo Tommy John surgery.

After a rough freshman year, Hurter strung together solid performances in his new role as Tech’s Sunday starter this season.
