It was a helluva a day for the Georgia Tech baseball program who took home several ACC honors and awards on Monday afternoon. The Jackets entering the ACC Tournament as the No.2 seed and the No.6 team in the country were awarded for what can only be called a “season of overachieving”.
Danny Hall wins COY:
The Georgia Tech head coach took home the ACC Coach of the Year award for the Jackets efforts in the 2019 regular season. The Jackets went 38-16 overall in the regular season and 19-11 in conference play. It was Hall’s fourth ACC Coach of the Year award and his first since 2005.
