After losing the first two games of the week by a combined score of 21-4, the Georgia Tech baseball team bounced back on Saturday and Sunday against Boston College. The Jackets, took down the Eagles the Eagles behind strong pitching efforts while their bats were able to break out of a small slump.
Connor Thomas on Saturday pitched seven strong innings allowing just one run scattered over 5 hits and a single walk. He didn’t have his usual stuff in terms of the ability to generate strikeouts, with just four but he was able to do enough to keep the Boston College bats at bay.
