The newest rankings for college baseball are out and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets baseball program is ranked as the sixth best team in the country according to D1Baseball.com.
The Jackets were ranked No.6 last week and went 3-1 this past week with a win over Mercer and two wins over Pittsburgh. The Jackets lost their senior day and series finale to Pittsburgh on Saturday 9-3 but were still able to clinch the ACC Coastal Division over the weekend.
The Jackets are the No.2 seed in the ACC Tournament and will look for a tournament championship starting with a matchup against Notre Dame on Wednesday.
