It was not the series that the Georgia Tech baseball team was hoping for when they traveled to Chapel Hill this weekend for a three-game series with the North Carolina Tar Heels. The Jackets this past weekend were swept by the Tar Heels allowing nine or more runs in each of the three contests.
Xzavion Curry was roughed up in his start on Friday night surrendering seven earned runs in 4.2 innings pitched. For Curry, it was an abnormal start this season as he was only roughed up in one other start against Virginia Tech.
