Georgia Tech baseball has been a team of overachievers all season (in the eyes of the media) and on Friday night, the Yellow Jackets added to their list of overachievements. The Jackets clinched the ACC Coastal Division regular season title with their win over Pittsburgh and losses by Miami and North Carolina.
The Jackets were able to take down Pittsburgh on Friday night by a final score of 2-0. With the Jackets victory, they’re now 38-15 on the season and 19-10 in conference play. On the other hand, Miami fell to Duke 12-3. Likewise, North Carolina fell to NC State 11-2.
