After he served a two-game suspension for the Virginia and Virginia Tech games, it was announced on Wednesday after practice that fifth-year senior DT Jabari Hunt has quit the Georgia Tech football team. The move comes just days before Hunt was expected to make his return to a depleted defensive line in Georgia Tech's final conference game at Miami.
After seeing major expectations preseason, Hunt hasn't exactly lived up to them -- where many thought he would be a game-changer, Hunt has managed only 13 tackles and 1 TFL in 8 games, mostly while backing up Patrick Gamble instead of starting.
