Our Coaching Evaluations continue today with a look at the newest member of Georgia Tech's coaching staff, and perhaps the one who's come under the most scrutiny over the course of this season.

History & Time at Georgia Tech

Ray Rychleski graduated from Millersville State University, a small college in Pennsylvania, in 1979, and entered the coaching profession in 1981. He began with a tenure spanning 1981 to 1988 with Temple, as a graduate assistant and eventually as the Outside Linebackers & Rovers Coach. From 1989 to 1992, he made stops at Northeastern, Penn State, and East Stroudsberg, coaching several different position groups.
