Georgia Tech trailed at halftime by a measly two points. They had gotten behind at some points, but had made the plays necessary (especially from Tadric Jackson) to keep the game within reach. Then the second half started. All of a sudden Georgia could not miss a shot. They hit 9 of their first 10 shots to start the second half. They barely cooled down from there. Georgia Tech’s defense didn’t have it’s best game, but the Bulldogs were nailing shots all second half that the Yellow Jackets were happy to see them take.
Offensively though, the team fell apart.
