After 10 weeks of football, there’s some pretty stark gradations in the ACC standings. The front runners in each division were solidified Saturday with wins over the clear second best teams. After that, there’s a group of about 5 teams that are near-impossible to rank, a trio a step below that, and then a pair of basketball power houses sinking towards the bottom.
