As the Braves begin their run in the National League Division Series, we are highlighting Haley Pa'akaula a GSU beach volleyball alumnus who now works for the Braves organization.
Pa'akaula came to downtown Atlanta as a graduate transfer prior to the 2017 season from Townson University. Pa'akaula was drawn to the opportunities that being in a major city had to offer for her future career. Additionally, she was drawn to the team culture and coaching staff.
"Beth (Van Fleet) played a big part in me choosing GSU. She has a reputation in the volleyball world for not only being a great coach, but a wonderful person," said Pa'akaula.
