ATLANTA - Georgia State’s track and field team will be competing down the street at Georgia Tech Friday and Saturday at the Georgia Tech Invitational, hosted at the George C. Griffin Track.
The Panthers will be going up against competitors from 17 other Division-I schools including rival Georgia Southern. Georgia Tech, Austin Peay, Belmont, East Tennessee State, Jackson State, Lipscomb, Mississippi Valley, Rutgers, Syracuse, SE Missouri State, St. John's, Tennessee State, UAB, USC Upstate, VCU and Western Kentucky will also be in attendance.
Friday’s action kicks off at 11 a.m. with the men’s hammer throw followed by the women’s hammer throw.
