ATLANTA -- Fans excited for the upcoming basketball season can see both the Georgia State men’s and women’s teams in action for the first time this season at GSU JAM, a free event open to the public on Thursday, Oct. 19. The event will take place at the GSU Sports Arena and also serve as a pep rally for the Oct. 21 homecoming football game against Troy.
Fans can get their first glimpse of the men’s basketball team this Saturday, Oct. 14, at an open scrimmage on the GSU Perimeter Decatur Campus. Head coach Ron’s Hunter’s squad will practice and play for approximately two hours and fans are encouraged to come watch.
