Panthers Take Down Georgia Tech

ATLANTA – After falling behind 2-0 early, Georgia State’s softball team would score three unanswered to win 3-2 at Georgia Tech Wednesday evening at Mewborn Field.

Georgia Tech struck early with a two-run home run in the bottom of the first to take a 2-0 lead, an advantage the Yellow Jackets would hold onto until the top of the fifth.

Caitlin Ray started off the fifth with a walk, bringing freshman Skylar Mosel to the plate. Mosel then smashed a no-doubt home run that went over the scoreboard in left field to even the score at 2-2.
