ATLANTA- Georgia State volleyball closed out the GSU Invitational with a four set win over Davidson on Sunday afternoon. The Panthers defeated the Wildcats 25-23, 20-25, 25-23, 25-20. The win improved GSU to 6-7 on the season, and gave the Panthers a 2-1 record in the tournament.
The first set saw Davidson get out to a 20-15 lead, but Georgia State would battle back to tie the match at 22 before taking control en route to a 25-23 win.
