Panthers Strong Effort Falls Short at ODU

NORFOLK, Va.Crystal Henderson, Kaleigh Addie and Cheyenne Holloman combined for 52 of Georgia State's 68 points, but the Panthers came up short in a 73-68 road loss to the Old Dominion Monarchs (10-5, 2-1 SBC) on Saturday afternoon at Chartway Arena.

Georgia State (6-10, 1-3 SBC) placed three players in double figures, led by Henderson's 19 points and five assists. Addie followed with 18 points and two steals, while Holloman added 15 points and a team-high four steals.

Defensively, the Panthers were disruptive throughout the afternoon, forcing 20 Old Dominion turnovers while committing just 13 of their own.
