With the Aug. 30 season opener rapidly approaching, the Georgia State football team held its second scrimmage Saturday morning at Georgia State Stadium.
The Panthers host Kennesaw State on Thursday, Aug. 30 at 7 p.m. The game will air on ESPN+ and the Georgia State Radio Network (92.9 THE GAME/News & Talk 1380).
"Today was very situational for our offense and defense and in our special teams," head coach Shawn Elliott said after the scrimmage. "We put them in various positions where they have to think a little more, and they responded well. Both groups came out and did their jobs.
