ATLANTA- Georgia State women’s tennis is looking to make the NCAA Tournament for the second time in three seasons. The road to the postseason begins this weekend with a trio of difficult matches for GSU. The Panthers will be in Auburn taking on the Tigers Friday night, before battling Oklahoma and ULM on Saturday.
A pair of 2017 All-Sun Belt players will lead GSU into the 2018 campaign. Senior Kristin Rehse will once again hold down the number one singles flight. The German native went 9-5 in number one flight singles matches last season.
Arina Taluyenko will also look to replicate the success found in the 2017 season.
